Lifestyle Sealed with a Kiss Wedding

8 Months To Go (Sealed with a Kiss)

Hello, beautiful people; I am back with an update on my wedding planning. It’s holiday time, and we have been running around all over shopping. 8 months to go, and it moves fast. So let’s get right into this.

Ordering the wedding dress

So I actually went to a few places before I picked the perfect dress. After you find the one, they order it for you, and at that time you can ask for custom things. I prefer to keep things simple, so I didn’t add a lot more to my dress. After the wedding, I’ll definitely let you in on the details of my dress. I ordered my dress from The Bridal Garden, and they require half paid before ordering, and after your fitting, you pay the other half. So my mom put down $1,000. This doesn’t include any alterations I’m going to need to be done when the dress arrives. They had so many beautiful dresses. I highly recommend them.

Choosing Wedding Stationery

I bought our wedding stationery from Hobby Lobby when they had the wedding stuff half off. I loved the colors and the flower design. All you have to do is print on them, and they have envelopes with gold foiling inside. I purchased the stationery for $15 a box.

Create the wedding website

So I started our wedding site on the knot. What’s cool about it is everything is all in one place. They ask you to include your story of how you met for friends and family to read. I left that to my fiancé, who is a much better writer than me.

Side note

Remember to spend time doing fun things with your partner, so this time doesn’t become a grueling task. This month my fiancé Jeremy and I have gone to a few Christmas light events and had a great time. Here are a few pictures of some of our trips.
