Chair Shot Heard Round the World

The world is buzzing about the unprotected chair shot that Cody (Rhodes) suffered at the hands of Shawn Spears (Ty Dillinger.) Some fans are bashing AEW, claiming that the promotion is just doing this like this for the shock value they provide. All Elite Wrestling owner, Tony Khan, has since stated that AEW will not be that style of promotion. But some fans are questioning that statement. The fallout and potential repercussions of the chair shot will have to be seen. But this is one thing that has the wrestling world buzzing, from the chair shot heard round the world.

The Elite is Elite

The six-man matchup that saw the Young Bucks team with the five-star hitmaker, Kenny Omega to take on the team of the Lucha Brothers and Laredo Kid was awesome. The si men involved all brought incredible athleticism to the ring. As well as an unmatched work rate. When you take the best tag team in the world and you pair them with the real best wrestler in the world you have the recipe for something epic. If you have not watched any of the “Being the Elite” YouTube channel you are missing out. The Elite is hilarious and able to put it down in the ring as well. The Elite is Elite.

Future is Bright

One thing that Fyter Fest truly brought to light was the young talent within the promotion. From Hangman Adam Page to MJF to Joey Janela there is a ton of young talent in All Elite Wrestling. And when you factor in the apparent love and dedication to PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING from everyone at All Elite Wrestling, you know the future is bright.
