With WWE Hell in a Cell this coming Sunday night there are a few things that I am hoping to see happen. Several matches that have been already announced. But let’s go over the four things that must happen at WWE Hell in a Cell.
-
Jeff Hardy’s Must Have A Hellacious Swanton
With Jeff Hardy taking on Randy Orton inside of Hell in a Cell, Jeff Hardy will have an opportunity he hasn’t had in WWE. Jeff Hardy is known for his death-defying acts or reckless abandon. ANd with taking part in the Hell in a Cell match he will have yet another opportunity to add to his highlight reel career. Jeff doesn’t have much time left in his career and he will undoubtedly make this opportunity count in a big way.
-
Someone Must Get Bloody
Something that doesn’t happen much in WWE except for rare instances. (Mostly when Brock Lesnar’s involved.) But it is something that must happen at Sunday’s event. Yet there are two matches in which blood can add another level to the spectacle. Braun Strowman vs. Roman Reigns, set to be locked inside of Hell in a Cell (with Mick Foley as Special Guest Referee) and Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles. Both matches can be taken to a higher level by adding some blood to the mix. Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles is extremely personal and makes the most sense for the feud to add blood. But with Reigns and Strowman being locked in the cell it will be easier to make it happen.
-
Alexa Bliss vs. Ronda Rousey Must Be A Real Match
After the unquestionable joke that was their match at SummerSlam, their contest at Hell in a Cell cannot be the same way. Both women are very capable and have the ability necessary to deliver a very good match. But they must have a representative match, otherwise, they will devalue a Championship that could be better suited elsewhere.
-
Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair Must Be Given Time
The WWE has improved their stance when it comes to women’s wrestling but they aren’t perfect in their approach. Now it’s not just their booking of their female superstars that needs work. We outlined a way to solve it previously. But when it comes to the storylines used in the women’s division they need work. So in order to help with the building of the stories the WWE must give two of your most accomplished in-ring competitors the time to shine. Becky and Charlotte have real chemistry in the ring. It’s been evident ever since their days in NXT. So if the WWE decision makers give them the time, they can deliver a show-stealing match.
